If your club is interested in having an office space in the York University Student Centres for the 2025-2026 academic year, please complete the package and provide appropriate documentation for the application.
YUSC Club Office Application Package for 2025-2026 must be submitted by email as an attachment to reception@yusc.ca. Packages are due on Monday, January 5, 2026, by 11:59 PM and late packages will not be accepted. Please make sure your application is filled out completely and all documentation for your application is attached in one email. Any documentation sent after will not be accepted.

In the subject line please write: "COA 2025/2026 - (YOUR CLUB NAME)". Once we receive your application package, a confirmation email will be sent within two (2) business days. Should you not receive this confirmation, please contact York University Student Centre Reception by sending an e-mail to reception@yusc.ca.
CLUB REGISTRATION FOR 2025 -2026
York University Student Centre (YUSC) will be holding a YUSC Clubs Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM in the Second Student Centre Convention Centre. The meeting will focus on registering student clubs with the YUSC for the 2025 - 2026 academic year.
If your student club is interested in using the YUSC facilities and services in the First Student Centre and Second Student Centre for the 2025 - 2026 academic year, your club will need to register as an organization. To begin the club registration process, we require that two of your club signing officers attend this meeting. Please register for the YUSC Clubs Town Hall by filling out the Google form below. The deadline to register is Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 at 11:59PM.
