Club Office Move - Out Information

Student Clubs who are currently occupying club offices in the YUSC buildings must vacate by 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026. First Student Centre Office keys and mailbox keys are to be returned by 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026 to YUSC Office FSC Room 335. Student Clubs in the Second Student Centre building - access to your office will be denied as of 10 AM on Friday, May 1, 2026. Please note that clubs are responsible for the storage of their club’s items. No storage will be provided by the York University Student Centre.

All garbage and club items must be cleaned out of the room before this deadline. Please also be advised of the following:

If your club does not vacate the office before this deadline, the York University Student Centre will remove your belongings and apply a $100 moving and club office cleaning fee
If club office keys and mailbox keys are not returned to the York University Student Centre Office before the above date and time your student club will be charged $60 for each missing key
Please ensure the office is cleaned and chairs provided by the York University Student Centre are left behind. Each club office in both buildings must have 2 blue chairs with wheels.

Booking requests for dates beginning October 2026 and beyond may be submitted at this time.
