York University Student Centre (YUSC) will be holding a YUSC Clubs Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM  - 12:30 PM in the Second Student Centre Convention Centre. The meeting will focus on registering student clubs with the YUSC for the 2026 - 2027 academic year. 

If your student club is interested in using the YUSC facilities and services in the First Student Centre and Second Student Centre for the 2026 - 2027 academic year, your club will need to register as an organization. To begin the club registration process, we require that two of your club signing officers attend this meeting. Please register for the YUSC Clubs Town Hall by filling out the Google form below. The deadline to register is Monday, August 10th, 2026 at 11:59PM.
